No, these balloons are **air-fill only** and will not float. Inflate with the included straw and hang or tape for display. You can use a hand pump.

Use the built-in tabs and the included string, or attach directly to surfaces with **double-sided tape** (not included).

Can I reuse the balloons?
Some of our customers can reuse them if deflated properly! Gently deflate by inserting a straw into the valve and store them flat for future celebrations.
