This balloon banner is the perfect NYE engagement decoration. You can choose to include a ring balloon. 

Choose from the following items:

• 16 inch foil letter balloons (Ring In The New Year)
• Do Not Use Helium
• Approximately 13.5” when inflated
• The balloons are meant to be hung or double-sided TAPED to surface/wall
• You can make a backward loop with regular tape to make it double-sided (tape not included)
• Each order comes with a straw for inflating the balloons with air and string for hanging. (You can also use a hand air pump).
