Balloons come flat and deflated

Inflate the balloons with helium using a personal helium tank or air. Each order comes with a straw for inflating the balloons with air and string for hanging. (You can also use a hand air pump).

CHOKING HAZARD - Children under 16 years old can choke on balloons. Adult supervision required.  Keep balloons from children.  Discard broken balloons immediately.
