- 16 inch foil letter balloons (Bye 2023 Hello 2024)
- Do Not Use Helium
- Approximately 13.5” when inflated
- The balloons are meant to be hung or double-sided TAPED to surface/wall
- You can make a backward loop with regular tape to make it double-sided (tape not included)
- Each order comes with a straw for inflating the balloons with air and string for hanging. (You can also use a hand air pump).
