16 inch foil letter balloons (She Said Yes)
o Do Not Use Helium o Approximately 13.5” when inflated
o The balloons are meant to be hung or double-sided TAPED to surface/wall
o You can make a backward loop with regular tape to make it double-sided (tape not included)
o Each order comes with a straw for inflating the balloons with air and string for hanging. (You can also use a hand air pump).
